What to expect
Each appointment consists of a half hour treatment that will include several types of therapy, depending on your individual needs. A session with Dr. Mann will typically include:
Full spine adjustment (every visit)
A full spinal adjustment is done by manipulating the spine to correct for any subluxations in the spinal column. Subluxations can cause pain and effect long-term wellness and health.
Extremity adjustments (when necessary)
Extremity adjustments correct for misalignment in other areas of the body, such as the legs, ankles, toes, shoulders, arms, hands, and fingers. These adjustments help the body function at its optimal level and are especially helpful for the athlete to achieve peak performance or the office worker who deals with repetitive movement.
Vibra-cussor™ head to toe (every visit)
Vibra-Cussor™ percussive therapy is an exciting new treatment approach for muscle and ligament problems and related myofascial conditions. The Vibra-Cussor™ delivers waves of percussive impulses deep into the tissues of the body, these percussive waves help promote lymphatic flow, circulation and decrease muscle spasm.
Core muscle stretching (every visit)
Core muscles are the cornerstones of your physical and mental health. They are important for exercising as well as for keeping you upright. Stretching these muscles helps prevent back pain and injury and keeps your core muscles flexible and strong.
Cold laser (when necessary)
Cold laser treatment is a revolutionary new treatment device for chronic and acute pain. The laser emits varying wavelengths of light that aid in tissue and nerve regeneration, inflammation reduction, pain relief, and immune system recovery without potentially harmful side-effects.
